The Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) has made significant impacts across the European Union (EU) since its full roll-out in December 2024.

There is still plenty of work to be done, as different member states continue to fully integrate MiCA into their crypto regulatory landscape. But the effects for consumers are already being felt. Here are 10 specific measures through which MiCA is directly helping to protect consumers.
