5 Key Measures Michael Saylor Proposes for Regulating Digital Assets

Michael Saylor, executive chairman of Strategy and a staunch Bitcoin proponent, has a clear vision for the regulation of digital assets.

Saylor’s company Strategy holds more than 500,000 BTC, currently valued at more than $43 billion. He recently outlined his proposed measures for establishing a clearer, innovation-leaning regulatory framework that will help position the U.S. as the global leader in digital finance.

In his “Digital Assets Framework, Principles, and Opportunity for the United States” white paper, Saylor focused on five key areas.
